A: Yes. It is the most easy and convenient way to get to the resort. the cost of the vehicle already include good quality vehicle and an experienced driver from our partnership company.

Q: How many hours for transporting from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi province and River Kwai Jungle Rafts?
A: the duration would take approx. 2 hours from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi and from Kanchanaburi city to the resort would take around 45-55 mins on road.

A: Anytime for private boat transfers and usual time is at 2 p.m. daily. + guest can request

Q: How long does the boat take to get to the River Kwai Jungle Rafts?
A: From Pakseng pier, it will take approx. 40 mins.
     From Resotel pier, it will take aprox. 15 mins.

Q: Is the boat transfer to your hotel free?
A:   There are options. It is recommended to take a package which include boat transfer. However, you have another option which is excluding boat transfer if you are likely to miss the 2 p.m. round.

Q: Is there any transportation from Bangkok to River Kwai Jungle Rafts provided? Is it free?
A:  We do normally prepare a private transportation including an experienced driver to pick up/drop off at major hotels in Bangkok. There is surcharge for arranging private transfer. It is also the most easy and convenient way to get to the resort. It is not expensive when shared.

Q: Why The resort charges the rate per person?
A:  We do not offer any room rates but instead we offer you package rates per person per night which already include meals and boat transfers. This will give you the most convenient way to reach and stay at the River Kwai Jungle Rafts.

Q: Can we get a room for all 4 people in our family - the children want to stay in one room with us.
A:   Children not over the age of 12 are allowed to stay in the same bedroom with the parents.

A: Yes. We provide secured & free parking space for our guests.
