Terms & conditions
• Upfront reservation is required
• Scheduled Boat Tranfers as indicated above(JR001, JR002), are joined up basis and depart daily thrice a day (2pm,3pm and 4pm) from Resotel Pier (taking less than 10 mins to reach the floating hotel) (See more detail below)
• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht per person per night net for single and double occupancy
• Twin sharing (Minimum 2 persons required in a room) or single supplement surcharge of 650 baht applied
• No extra bed available in the floating room
• Only triple-bed room can be occupied by maximum 3 adults.
• Two persons required in a room or else single supplement policy applied.
• Rates are inclusive of 7% prevailing government tax
• Joined boat transfer is available for JR 001 only, and will depart at 2:00 PM. Later embarkation may be charged at private transfer rate.
• Check-in: 01:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)

·       *Sceduled joined boat transfer is already available ig you book JR001 and JR002 and departs daily at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm from Resotel Pier.

·       Minimum 2 passengers/boat is required

·       Departs daily at 11:00 AM, 01:00 PM from Jungle Rafts

·       Later embarkation may be charged at private transfer rate.

Thai baht rates - Please note:
All our rates are quoted in Thai Baht and to be paid in Thai Baht. The exchange rates we use are the “on-shore” Thai rates as per the Bank of Thailand. We do not use “off-shore” conversion rates in Thailand. Please be aware that there is a difference in these conversion rates. You may pre-check exchange rates from local banks. Please click

Children Policies (children: 4 - 12 years old)
50 % discount from full rate for children (maximum 2 children per room) sharing parents' room and bed (full-board or half-board meals included).
 

Single Supplement Policy (when only one guest occupies a whole room)
When this policy applied, 650 baht will be surcharged to the normal rates.

Deposit payment Policy
Deposit payment will only be charged after we confirm you the room(s) by return e-mail. Our reply should be sent to you within 2 working days after the reservation form submitted. If you do not receive any response within this period, please let us know by e-mail.
 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation should be done in written notice before the arrival date. Refund should be subject to conditions.
