Children Policies (children : 4 - 12 years old)
50 % discount from normal rate for children under 12 years of age (maximum 2 per room) sharing parents' room

Deposit payment
Deposit payment will only be charged after we confirm the room(s) for you by return e-mail. Our reply should be sent to you within 2 working days after your reservation form submission. If you do not receive any response within this period, please let us know by e-mail.

Cancellation
Cancellation should be done by written notice before the arrival date. Refund should be subject to conditions.
